Vendor Details

There are two vendor types – Maritime Garage Sale and Maritime Artisan Market
Please read the information below and then send in an application form. We will confirm whether you are accepted into the event or not. Once the application is approved and payment is received, we expect notice if the vendor cancels. There will be no refunds in this situation. Stalls should be clean and tidy, and vendors should remove all waste at the end of the event. All vendors need to be respectful of each other, of the public, and of MHC staff and volunteers. In cases of disagreements the event coordinator or MHC Executive Director have final word.
The Maritime Garage sale portion will include a table outside. Registration is $20. Spaces will be approximately 12’x12′. Tents, if used,  must be sufficiently weighted.
Approved items include, but are not limited to:
  • Boat-related equipment (i.e motors, radar, depth sounders, etc)
  • Fishing equipment (Rods, lures + other tackle, cannon balls)
    • Nets
    • Fish bonkers
    • Crab/prawn traps
  • Maritime themed decor
  • Diving
  • Surfing
  • Kayaking, paddleboard, canoes
  • Marine themed books

We are trying to keep the items as being marine-themed. If you feel like your items may qualify but you are not sure, please submit photos of the items along with your application. Items must be in proper working condition (i.e, not broken, hasn’t been previously damaged and put back together, missing parts or pieces, not homemade or self-built items).

The Rotary Hall Maritime Artisan Market will include a table. Registration is $30. The space will be approximately 10×10. There are limited spaces with power, please let us know in the application if you need access to power. You will need to be aware of the Rotary Hall floor, that nothing abrasive or sticky is used that might damage the finish. Nothing is to be affixed to the walls or ceiling. If anything is edible it must meet all applicable regulations.

Applications can be dropped off at the Maritime Heritage Centre or emailed to mhcbcp45@gmail.com.
If you wish to attach a photo and your social media page information we can share leading up to the event!
