The Rotary Hall is a timber framed hall with wooden floors, an expansive ocean view, an outdoor balcony, surround sound and AV capabilities. The room has a separate entrance and an option to rent adjacent kitchen and mezzanine areas.

It’s perfect for weddings, corporate functions, concerts, celebrations of life, holiday events and more. The maximum capacity of Rotary Hall is 146 people seated at tables or 180 theatre style. We also have a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate your catering requirements available for rent. Please enquire regarding capacity restrictions if alcohol will be served.

The Andersen Room is a bright, flexible space with both park and ocean views. Featuring the museum’s archival collection displayed in built-in cabinetry, the room offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for meetings and medium-sized events. With no fixed furniture, the space can be configured to meet your needs.

Food is permitted, and optional access to a kitchenette is available. Amenities include a screen, projector, and optional whiteboard.

The Mezzanine offers a distinctive setting overlooking the historic BCP 45, creating a memorable backdrop for meetings, receptions, and special events. With large windows, ocean view and an open-concept layout, the space feels bright, inviting, and connected to Campbell River’s maritime heritage.

Available outside of regular museum hours, the Mezzanine can be booked independently or combined with a Rotary Hall rental. Optional add-ons include a bar service area, large TV, podium, and sound system

The Thulin Room has a stunning ocean view with wrap around windows and a deck. The furniture can be configured to fit your event. There is a whiteboard and optional screen and Projector.
